Focus on proactivity, responsibility, and commitment. **JOB OPENING – EXTRUDER OPERATOR (EPS)** We specialize in the development and manufacturing of EPS baseboards, offering lightweight, durable, and easy-to-install finishing solutions for indoor environments. We seek professionals with industrial sector experience. Knowledge of EPS-manufactured products—including production processes, finishing, and application in civil construction—is considered a plus. Main Responsibilities: * Operate extruder machinery; * Monitor the production process; * Perform basic operational adjustments; * Assist in product quality control; * Ensure sector organization and cleanliness. Requirements: * Proven experience operating extruders; * Experience in an industrial environment; * Knowledge of EPS is a plus; * Commitment, responsibility, and proactivity.
