Focus on innovation and information security **The employee will be responsible for:** * Defining policies and guidelines and ensuring their implementation within the area of responsibility; * Participating in strategic planning and ensuring achievement of goals; * Leading, developing, and evaluating teams, including recruitment, promotion, termination, feedback, and career management; * Managing projects, requests, and interdepartmental communication; * Monitoring market trends and proposing improvements and innovations; * Tracking results, performance indicators, and implementing corrective actions when necessary; * Resolving conflicts among clients, suppliers, and internal departments; * Ensuring compliance with legislation, internal standards, and audit requirements; * Planning and controlling the IT department’s budget, expenses, and procurement; * Developing and monitoring service quality indicators; * Defining contingency strategies, information security policies, and service continuity plans; * Managing system development, maintenance, and deployment, negotiating deadlines and functionalities; * Negotiating and approving technology service contracts; * Defining infrastructure, equipment, software, and physical and technological security standards. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related fields; * Knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, Networking, Servers, Databases, Project Management, ITIL, COBIT, Agile Projects, Telephony, CCTV, BPMN, ERP Systems, XML, Web Services Integration, Data Mining; * Familiarity with MV ERP, Solus, RM Totvs; * Expertise in Systems and Infrastructure Team Management; * Proficiency in supplier negotiations and management of software and hardware vendor contacts, LGPD, information security, contingency planning, and data recovery.
