As a Production Leader at Bruning, you will be responsible for managing the execution and monitoring of processes, ensuring results, continuous improvement, and team development.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
At Bruning, the Production Leader is responsible for executing and monitoring the processes within their area of responsibility to ensure achievement of targets—with focus on quality, timeliness, cost-efficiency, and continuous improvement. They train and provide technical and operational guidance to their team. They propose and implement process innovations and improvements, evaluating outcomes against objectives and/or corporate strategies. They lead the team through the people management model, making decisions collaboratively with other leadership levels.
**Main Activities**
* Manage the team by developing, engaging, and recognizing people and results, ensuring team strengthening;
* Promote continuous improvement of the production line, ensuring efficiency and performance within their area of responsibility;
* Plan production activities for the line to ensure fulfillment of demand;
* Report and communicate technical anomalies in the production process to support departments, directing analysis and corrective actions to the respective areas;
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed technical education or currently pursuing a higher education degree;
* Prior experience in people management required;
* Experience in manufacturing processes and quality routines;
* Knowledge of stamping processes is considered an advantage;
* Availability to work onsite in Panambi/RS.
