Job Summary: As a Production Leader at Bruning, you will be responsible for managing the execution and monitoring of processes, ensuring results, continuous improvement, and team development. Every professional is unique, and our motivation is to see everyone walking a path to success—generating prosperity for themselves and for the entire company. **Responsibilities and Duties** At Bruning, the Production Leader is responsible for executing and monitoring the processes within their area of responsibility to ensure achievement of targets—with focus on quality, timeliness, cost-efficiency, and continuous improvement. They train and provide technical and operational guidance to their team. They propose and implement process innovations and improvements, evaluating outcomes against objectives and/or corporate strategies.
