Job Summary: As a Production Leader at Bruning, you will be responsible for managing the execution and monitoring of production processes, with a focus on results, quality, deadlines, cost control, and continuous improvement, as well as leading and developing your team. Every professional is unique, and our motivation is to see everyone walk a path to success, generating prosperity for themselves and the entire company. **Responsibilities and Duties** At Bruning, the Production Leader is responsible for executing and monitoring processes within their area of responsibility to ensure achievement of targets, with emphasis on quality, deadlines, cost control, and continuous improvement. They train and provide technical and operational support to their team. They propose and implement innovations and improvements in their area’s processes, evaluating outcomes against company objectives and/or strategies.
