As a Production Leader at Bruning, you will be responsible for managing the execution and monitoring of production processes, with a focus on results, quality, deadlines, cost control, and continuous improvement, as well as leading and developing your team.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
At Bruning, the Production Leader is responsible for executing and monitoring processes within their area of responsibility to ensure achievement of targets, with emphasis on quality, deadlines, cost control, and continuous improvement. They train and provide technical and operational support to their team. They propose and implement innovations and improvements in their area’s processes, evaluating outcomes against company objectives and/or strategies. They lead their team using the people management model, making decisions collaboratively with other leadership levels.
**Main Activities**
* Manage the team by developing, engaging, and recognizing individuals and results, ensuring team strengthening;
* Promote continuous improvement of the production line, ensuring efficiency and performance in their area of responsibility;
* Plan line production activities to ensure fulfillment of demand requirements;
* Report and communicate technical anomalies in the production process to supporting departments, directing analyses and actions to the respective areas;
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed technical education or ongoing higher education degree required;
* Prior experience in people management required;
* Knowledge of powder coating and E\-coat required;
* Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality and logistics routines required;
Availability to work onsite in Panambi/RS required.
