This Selection Process is intended to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** General Services Assistant **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, such as dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated via: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion). **EXPERIENCE:** PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN CLEANING, GARDENING, AND BUILDING MAINTENANCE SERVICES. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation submitted must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements; otherwise, documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated via: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and the nature of services performed, along with a description of duties carried out; b) Or copy of the Employment Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including identification page and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the position sought (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature correlated to that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed in the services rendered, supplemented by item “b” above if the job title alone is insufficient to prove required experience. **SYLLABUS:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation.
