Job Summary: Coordinate the PCP (Production Planning and Control) department by managing orders, scheduling production, and ensuring goal achievement through the supply of information and materials. Key Highlights: 1. Manage and be accountable for the progress of customer orders in production. 2. Guide and coordinate the production scheduling of products. 3. Identify deviations in production sequencing to maintain the plan. Coordinate the PCP (Production Planning and Control) department by sequencing demands received from the planning department, utilizing tools that ensure goal achievement through supplying information and material requirements for production and customer portfolio fulfillment, respecting the company's previously established revenue targets. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage and be accountable for the progress of customer orders within production; * Guide, coordinate, and/or execute the production scheduling of the company's products based on sales orders or inventory stock levels; * Identify deviations in the production process relative to the planned sequencing, in order to direct execution according to the established plan; * Monitor production priority and sequencing, based on prior analyses conducted by the planning department, to meet customer needs; * Implement a production priority identification system to facilitate visual management; * Schedule and coordinate the analysis and generation of requirements through the leveling of production requirements, internal logistics, storage of work-in-process materials, and internal and external customer service. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree or specialization in PCP, Industrial Management, or related areas is desirable; * Experience in factory scheduling; * Knowledge of factory scheduling software; * Knowledge of production systems; * Familiarity with processes and materials used in the metal-mechanical industry; * Experience in similar management or analytical roles.
