Responsible for increasing average ticket value by offering beverages and desserts, thereby contributing to business growth. Dining room cleaning and setup. Restocking beverages in refrigerators. Assisting in poke preparation and food cutting. Bathroom cleaning and organization. Responsibility for customer reception and menu presentation. Organization of dining room utensils. Monitoring the dining room environment (sound, temperature, customer comfort, TV, lighting). Inventory control of napkins, straws, and other dining room items. Position based in Uberaba / MG. Previous experience as a Waiter, Restaurant Server, Kitchen Assistant, or Restaurant Receptionist may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this role. High school diploma completed.
