Customer service: greet customers warmly, answer menu-related questions, and assist in product selection. Cashier operations: register orders, operate the sales system, process payments (credit/debit card, cash, PIX), and close the cash register. Preparation of açaí/ice cream: assemble açaí cups and bowls, add toppings, and serve according to brand standards. Organization and cleaning: maintain cleanliness and order at the counter, service area, and storage area. Restocking: replenish store supplies (sauces, fruits, and toppings). Profile: proactive, communicative, and friendly individual, committed to punctuality and organization.
