We are seeking a Yard Supervisor to ensure execution and control of operational activities, guaranteeing that all processes are carried out with organization, safety, and quality. This professional will be responsible for overseeing daily yard operations, ensuring everything functions according to the company's established standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise overall yard organization, ensuring cleanliness, proper material identification, and correct storage * Monitor loading processes, verifying their correct execution * Check that seals, invoices, and product identification match outgoing shipments * Ensure packaging is clean and suitable for shipment * Monitor forklift refueling and other operational resources * Assign and oversee operational team tasks * Identify maintenance needs (structural, electrical, external areas such as landscaping) and contact responsible parties * Ensure proper waste disposal and environmental organization * Support process standardization and adherence to routines **Requirements:** * Experience in yard operations, logistics, or related areas * Organized profile, detail-oriented, and demonstrating leadership qualities * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously * Completed high school education **Expected Profile:** A professional with strong organizational sense, operational discipline, and focus on quality execution. Residency in Uberlândia is required.
