We are seeking a Yard Coordinator to oversee operational management, ensuring all processes are executed in an organized, efficient, and company-standard-compliant manner. This professional will be the **responsible party for the integrity and functionality of yard operations**, ensuring all activities occur with control, quality, and smoothness. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate all yard operations to ensure smoothness, organization, and efficiency * Ensure processes are correctly executed (loading, verification, dispatch) * Validate seals, invoices, identification, and packaging conditions * Maintain standards of organization, cleanliness, and facility preservation (including external areas such as gardens) * Manage and develop the team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance * Ensure availability of operational resources (e.g., fuel for forklifts, materials, infrastructure) * Quickly identify and resolve operational issues * Initiate and monitor maintenance services (e.g., electrical, structural) * Propose process improvements and increase operational efficiency * Ensure all activities are conducted with diligence, control, and quality standards **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education preferred) * Experience in leadership roles within operations/logistics/yard environments * Strong management, organizational, and decision-making skills * Proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven profile **Expected Profile:** A professional with a strong sense of urgency and full accountability for operations, ensuring everything proceeds with organization, quality, and efficiency.
