Availability to work on weekends and holidays **What We Expect From You:** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Experience in receiving, inspection, picking, and handling of goods. * Experience with SAP system will be considered a plus. * Desired ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * Capacity for learning, practical application, and consistent adherence to company procedures, policies, and rules. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. * Customer satisfaction orientation. **A Day in the Life of a Logistics Operator:** * RECEIVING GOODS: + Performs quantitative and qualitative inspection of commercial and non-commercial goods (e.g., equipment, office supplies), verifying and identifying general condition, supplier, length, reference, shade, expiration date, etc. + Prepares physical space and necessary equipment for proper receiving, avoiding loss of productivity during inspection. + Records all relevant information about received goods (quantities, apparent condition, expiration dates, etc.) in the inspection report, ensuring quality and preventing losses. + Stores goods in the correct warehouse location by reading the receiving slip to expedite future order picking for customer pickup or delivery. + Labels products missing or defective barcodes and applies security labels to theft-prone items, ensuring goods delivered to stores are ready for sale. + Sorts goods according to flow type—store or warehouse goods. + Releases goods for storage in the Store or Warehouse by contacting the Replenishment or Storage team to perform storage (receiving receipt). + Conducts anti-shrinkage actions through rigorous qualitative and quantitative checks on received goods, optimizing vehicle flow in the Goods Receiving yard and ensuring correct use of material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, cages). + Maintains organization of equipment, tools, and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). + Stacks pallets safely to prevent damage to property and personnel. + Keeps the receiving area clean and organized to help combat shrinkage and prevent workplace accidents. + Receives validated shrinkage reports from the Sales Department, performs qualitative and quantitative inspection, and places shrinkage items in the designated disposal area. + Receives supplier returns validated by the Sales Department, performs qualitative and quantitative inspections, and schedules pick-up. + Receives shipments for Technical Support, performs qualitative and quantitative inspections, and schedules pick-up. * CUSTOMER PICKUP AND HOME DELIVERY: + Picks RSS (Reserve Stock), identifies products, and notifies the Sales Department of the picking. + Assigns physical locations to goods, maintaining rotating inventory based on the RSS product list. + Delivers goods to customers promptly and courteously, loading them into the customer’s vehicle. + Picks and inspects goods, verifying all items listed on the issued order, and makes them available for customer pickup at the Goods Pickup Area or for carrier delivery (home delivery). * REPLENISHMENT: + Restocks products in the store appropriately. * INVENTORY MANAGEMENT: + Stores and ensures the quality and reliability of inventory. + Reviews daily orders generated by the Sales Department, analyzes data consistency required in orders (addresses, phone numbers, delivery dates, references, availability, etc.), organizes orders chronologically, and releases them for billing. + Provides telephone customer service regarding delivery timelines. + Informs the Logistics Supervisor of any issues involving the picking team, operations, or products. + Assists the Logistics Supervisor in smooth warehouse location management (setup, rotating inventories, etc.). + Processes canceled RSS orders daily. + Records shrinkage incidents identified during goods picking. + Maintains good relations and serves as the liaison with third-party carriers. + Collaborates with the Customer Service team to proactively address potential goods-related issues. + Reports goods-related incidents to the Logistics Supervisor and/or Logistics Manager. + Serves as the point of contact for the Goods Pickup Counter. + Is responsible for their work equipment. + Adheres to safety regulations.
