Job Summary: Manage daily unit operations, ensuring excellence in customer service, financial control, team leadership, and driving sales results. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on sales results and market competitiveness * Manage daily unit operations, including supply, sales, inventory, product receipt, maintenance, and compliance with legal regulations. * Ensure excellent customer service by guiding the team to deliver courteous, efficient, and company-policy-aligned service. * Control costs, budget, and daily cash flow, analyzing discrepancies, reconciling amounts, and ensuring financial accuracy. * Lead and develop the team, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, scheduling, motivation, and role management. * Monitor and drive sales results by developing strategies, implementing commercial actions, and identifying promotional opportunities and improvement areas. * Monitor the market and competition through price research to ensure competitiveness. * Ensure organization, safety, and maintenance, preserving an appropriate work environment, reliable facilities, and secure processes.
