Join POLIRIM! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage, guide, and control documentation and the Quality Management System, as well as conduct critical analysis of the same; * Responsible for implementing and maintaining the company’s Total Quality Management System and updating revisions of ISO 9000, ISO TS16949, ISO 14000; IATF 6949; * Coordinate audits and certifications together with external auditors and customer certification bodies; * Responsible for managing quality and engineering teams; * Promote the company’s quality policy by preparing and distributing related materials, organizing training courses and seminars, aiming to raise awareness and engagement across all departments regarding the QMS; Evaluate customer requirements. * **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a postgraduate degree; * People management experience; * Training in APQP; FMEA; MSA; SPC; PPAP; and MASP. * Advanced English proficiency. **Additional Information** * Our working hours: 7:00 AM \- 12:00 PM / 1:00 PM \- 4:48 PM.
