Join POLIRIM! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Register bill-of-material (BOM) structures for new products; * Analyze and review BOM structures for existing products; * Ensure timely updates and maintenance of the Engineering Bill of Materials (EBOM); * Compare and align physical processes with system data—including materials, products, times, and cycles; * Identify, evaluate, and validate ideas that may represent new opportunities or improvements for products; * Document business requirements; * Apply and measure the daily use of agile practices within development teams; * Support the development team in delivering items from the product backlog; * Participate in product compliance analysis; * Adhere to defined processes and engage in technical reviews conducted by Process Engineering, Quality, Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Production departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** BASIC REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering; * Knowledge of product structure; * Advanced Excel skills. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Intermediate English proficiency; * Experience with Solpen, TOTVS, or SAP systems. **Additional Information** * Our working hours: 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM\.
