We look forward to meeting dedicated professionals who are passionate about what they do! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers to secure optimal conditions regarding price, quality, and delivery timelines; * Maintain up-to-date supplier records and periodically evaluate supplier performance; * Support the identification and development of new suppliers; * Assist in inventory control and management, ensuring availability of materials required for operations; * Conduct periodic inventories and reconcile identified discrepancies; * Prepare and maintain accurate records of procurement and material control activities; * Support the preparation of procurement and inventory performance reports; * Assist in administrative tasks within the supply department, including purchase order issuance and delivery tracking; * Maintain regular communication with suppliers and internal departments to ensure adherence to deadlines; * Support analysis of procurement and market data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improvements in supply processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering, or related fields. * **Mandatory:** Proven experience in this role. **Desired Competencies and Skills:** ------------------------------------------ * Basic knowledge of procurement and supplier management processes. * Familiarity with supply management systems. * Understanding of inventory and stock control principles. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Negotiation and effective communication abilities. * Proficiency in working with numbers and quantitative analysis. * Proactivity and willingness to learn and grow within the field. **Additional Information** **All our positions are also open to persons with disabilities (PwDs).** We value diversity and believe inclusion is a fundamental pillar for building a fairer, more humane, and welcoming workplace for everyone. Under a 25-year contract, INOVA CXS is responsible for construction, operation, maintenance, and non-pedagogical service management of the school units, while pedagogical leadership remains fully under public authority, preserving municipal educational autonomy. More than executing a contract, INOVA CXS reinforces the role of public-private partnership as a transformative instrument—delivering quality infrastructure, responsible management, and services that directly contribute to social development, family well-being, and a better future for the children of Caxias do Sul.
