




Job Summary: Operate and monitor steam and cooling production processes, including water and effluent treatment, to ensure machine operation and productivity. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on productivity and equipment maintenance Operate low-complexity steam production and cooling system processes, performing technical activities such as measurement, treatment, and monitoring of chemical products and the water and effluent treatment plant, thereby ensuring proper operation of machines and equipment and sector productivity. **Responsibilities and Duties** Measure chemical dosages and calculate concentrations; Complete forms, checklists, and other similar documents; Operate pumping systems and control the operation of fixed machinery; Prepare machines and equipment for operation and control boiler operation and water quality with limited autonomy; Operate boilers, cooling towers, chillers, and water and effluent treatment plants with limited autonomy; Handle chemicals used in plant water treatment; Treat water to ensure its suitability for various plant purposes; Monitor water quality and adjust water treatment equipment; Conduct daily inspections of sector equipment to identify potential failures and report them to the Utilities team leader and supervisor; Prepare shift occurrence reports and hand over information to the next shift; Prepare reports containing data on steam production, water production, chemical treatment, and machine downtime hours for performance tracking and control of machines and overall production; Carry out all planned production activities, reporting difficulties to the immediate supervisor; Identify and assess causes of equipment malfunction to arrange necessary repairs as quickly as possible; Ensure organization, hygiene, and cleanliness of work areas to maintain a conducive working environment; Conduct input testing in the process and provide critical evaluation; Perform job duties in full compliance with the organization’s occupational safety, health, and environmental standards and procedures, and consistently use all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for the position and department; promptly inform the immediate supervisor of any activity posing health risks to oneself or fellow workers; Carry out duties in alignment with the company’s values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals and maintaining confidentiality and protection of company information; Maintain discipline in the 5S program, aiming for safe work through workplace organization, standardization, and cleanliness; Safeguard company property under one’s responsibility and immediately report any problems or damages detected to the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education; Availability to work rotating shifts. **Additional Information** Benefits: Meal allowance; Health insurance plan; Dental insurance plan; Orienteme – Online therapy platform; Galena – Online learning platform; Wellhub – Gym assistance; Transportation; On-site meals; Profit-sharing program (PPR).
