From the simplest moments to the most special ones, we help make life more flavorful for many people. **Job Description** ---------------------- * Work across various production sectors, supporting the Supervisor in organizing and guiding teams, monitoring process variables and addressing deviations, mapping and eliminating losses, elevating standards through people, and actively participating in CIQs and COPs. * Possess the skills to perform these functions and assist in disseminating knowledge of tasks carried out by Operators I, II, and III. * Comply with BRF’s Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensuring adherence to BRF’s Sustainability Plan through routine activities that promote management, achievement of indicators, and global ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) commitments of the Company, thereby ensuring alignment between individual actions and sustainable development across BRF’s value chain. * Comply with BRF’s Quality Policy guidelines, ensuring compliance with legislation and process requirements impacting food quality and safety, which are paramount to managing our business. * Foster a culture of sustainability, encouraging team members to promote management, meet indicators, and uphold the Company’s global ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) commitments, ensuring alignment between the organization’s strategic vision and the strategic vision of their respective business area for sustainable development across BRF’s value chain. **Academic Qualification** ---------------------- * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
