Dynamic and continuously growing environment Agromave | Sorriso | MT | On-site Job Description * We are seeking an experienced professional to join our IT team, serving as a technical reference in corporate infrastructure environments. The Senior Analyst will play a strategic role in supporting, evolving, and securing IT systems, autonomously resolving complex issues and actively contributing to defining standards, best practices, and infrastructure modernization initiatives. The professional will report to the IT Management and must possess business-oriented vision along with the ability to work in a dynamic and continuously growing environment. Responsibilities and Duties * Administer and maintain physical and virtual servers (Windows and Linux), ensuring availability, performance, and security of environments * Manage local network infrastructure (LAN/WAN), switches, routers, firewalls, and corporate VPNs * Operate and evolve virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud computing (MultiCloud) * Implement and monitor backup policies, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity (BCP) * Manage Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, and corporate identity services * Support and execute infrastructure projects from planning through delivery and technical documentation * Monitor environment health using observability tools (Zabbix, PRTG, Grafana, or similar) * Conduct capacity analysis and recommend performance and scalability improvements * Develop and maintain up-to-date technical documentation (topologies, procedures, runbooks) * Support the security team in applying patches, server hardening, and incident response. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology-related fields such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering * Advanced administration of Windows and Linux * Virtualization with VMware vSphere / ESXi or Microsoft Hyper-V * Cloud: Azure, AWS, GCP, and OCI — operational and administrative level * Networking: TCP/IP, VLAN, SD-WAN, BGP/OSPF, firewall (FortiGate, Palo Alto or similar) * Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, MFA, and SSO * Monitoring tools: Zabbix, PRTG, Grafana, Prometheus * Enterprise backup: Veeam, Acronis, or Commvault * Scripting and automation: PowerShell, Bash, Ansible, or Terraform * ITSM and ticket management (ServiceNow, GLPI, Freshservice) * Knowledge of ITIL and best practices in IT governance * Technical certifications: Microsoft AZ-104, AZ-305, CompTIA Network+, Security+, ITIL 4, or equivalents * Experience in mission-critical environments within agribusiness, manufacturing, or industrial sectors * Information security knowledge: SIEM, EDR/XDR, and frameworks such as CIS Controls or NIST * Experience in cloud migration projects (lift-and-shift or cloud-native) * Familiarity with branch infrastructure and multi-site connectivity (SD-WAN, MPLS) * Experience with corporate ERP systems (Siagri, TOTVS, Senior or similar) from an infrastructure perspective * Prior experience as a technical reference or team leadership Desirable Requirements * Clear and objective communication, including with non-technical users * Effective time management and prioritization under pressure * Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving * Proactive identification of risks and opportunities for improvement * Collaborative work with multidisciplinary teams * Results orientation and focus on internal user experience * Adaptability to technological and business changes * Organization and attention to detail in technical documentation * Ability to mentor and guide junior and mid-level analysts Simplified Application Simplified Application Salary Range To be determined Employment Type CLT Benefits * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Group Life Insurance * Education Allowance * Career Development Plan * Day Off and Gift Card * Tenure Program * Profit Sharing Program (PPR).
