LUCAS DO RIO VERDE Brazil Logistics, Transportation, Warehousing, and Supply Chain **Job Description \- External Recruitment** Grain Conservation Analyst Focus on control, quality, and technical support in grain sourcing and storage, playing a strategic role in direct control of rejected loads and ensuring classification standards. Work analytically and operationally, with strong cross-functional collaboration with logistics, certification bodies, producers, and partner warehouses. Provide technical guidance and field process oversight. Responsibilities include: * Control and resolution of rejected loads * Support for logistical rerouting * Interface with certification bodies regarding classification deviations * Indicator monitoring and inventory intelligence (soybeans and corn) * Management of grain conservation documentation and processes * Technical support at warehouses and occasional regional travel The role requires dynamism, organization, urgency, and strong communication skills, given the high-demand operational environment requiring rapid responses. Education: Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in: Agronomy Production Engineering Agricultural Technician Or related fields Experience: Experience in grain quality, storage, or sourcing routines Experience in process control, indicators, or logistics operations Desirable experience in grain classification Technical Skills: Intermediate/Advanced Excel PowerPoint Power BI knowledge desirable Experience with systems (e.g., Power Apps, SharePoint) desirable Differentiators: Grain classifier certification Experience with aflatoxin and grain conservation Experience with audits, certification bodies, or MAPA (Brazilian Ministry of Agriculture) Languages: Not required (considered a plus).
