High-performance environment in an agribusiness company **Position: Purchaser – Agribusiness** An agricultural company managing 30,000 hectares seeks an experienced and dynamic Purchaser to work in a high-performance environment. **Responsibilities:** procurement of office supplies, fuels and lubricants; acquisition of spare parts for agricultural machinery, grain storage facilities, and trucks; supplier negotiation; development of new partners; order tracking; strategic involvement in cost reduction and process improvement. **Requirements:** completed bachelor's degree; procurement experience (preferably in agribusiness); hands-on experience with agricultural spare parts, heavy fleet, or maintenance; knowledge of negotiation, cost analysis, Excel, and ERP systems. **Profile:** proactivity, organization, sense of urgency, strong communication skills, and results orientation. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Procure: * Office supplies; * Fuels and lubricants; * Spare parts for agricultural machinery; * Spare parts and maintenance items for grain storage facilities; * Spare parts and components for trucks and heavy fleet. * Develop and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers. * Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, payment terms, and supply contracts. * Conduct quotations and comparative analyses (quotation maps). * Ensure on-time delivery and track orders to completion. * Monitor inventory levels jointly with warehouse and maintenance teams. * Identify new suppliers and technical alternatives aimed at cost reduction. * Monitor performance indicators (savings, average delivery time, inventory turnover). * Proactively prevent stockouts during critical harvest periods. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and compliance processes. * Support technical departments (maintenance, agricultural operations, warehouse, and fleet) in the accurate specification of spare parts and materials. ### **Technical Requirements** * Completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Agribusiness, or related fields. * Postgraduate studies or courses in Supply Chain Management, Procurement Management, or Negotiation are desirable. * Proven procurement experience, preferably in agribusiness. * Hands-on experience purchasing agricultural spare parts, heavy fleet components, or industrial maintenance items. * Experience in strategic negotiation and supplier management. * Knowledge of procurement processes for large-scale operations. * Familiarity with spare parts and components for agricultural machinery and trucks. * Basic knowledge of mechanical maintenance (a plus). * Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. * Negotiation techniques and cost analysis skills. * Contract management and performance indicator tracking. * Experience working for agricultural companies operating over 10,000 hectares. * Knowledge of seasonal procurement planning (harvest and off-season). * Experience managing high-volume fuel supply contracts. ### **Behavioral Profile** * Analytical mindset with strong results orientation. * Excellent negotiation skills. * Proactivity and sense of urgency. * Organizational ability and capacity for prioritization. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work under pressure (especially during harvest periods). * Dynamism and decision-making capability. * Ethics and accountability. * Strategic vision without losing operational focus.
