**Responsibilities**
Coordination and Supervision: Coordinate unit activities by assigning and supervising tasks in accordance with the operational manual/checklist. Conduct daily team meetings for guidance and alignment;
Planning and Monitoring: Schedule actions, resources, and methods required to ensure service efficiency. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate team performance, providing guidance;
Reporting and Control: Prepare and update unit reports (sales, plan changes, customer movement, delinquencies) and submit them to the supervisor. Report structural or maintenance-related incidents;
Audits and Improvements: Participate in internal audits, analyzing findings and proposing improvements. Monitor construction projects and implement preventive and corrective actions;
Training and Development: Train and develop staff, delivering initial and refresher training programs. Interview and select new employees and participate in the onboarding process;
Resource and Safety Management: Manage supply inventory, verify cash register closing, and ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and usage of materials. Implement measures to prevent accidents;
Relationship Building and Expansion: Interact with the team to foster new perspectives and reporting. Support brand enhancement, collaborate on network expansion, and monitor competitors;
Customer Service and Conflict Resolution: Supervise customer service delivery, intervening personally when necessary. Handle conflicts impartially and adopt appropriate resolution measures;
Other Duties: Perform other related tasks as required by operational needs and instructions from the immediate supervisor.
**Requirements**
Completed bachelor's degree;
Experience in sales and/or customer service, people management, and fitness centers;
Basic computer skills (WORD, EXCEL);
Negotiation techniques and people management skills.
