Development of new products with a nutritionist **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Rotating shift \| 44 hours per week **Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Responsible for coordinating the bakery team and processes, with focus on customers and results, aligned with company policies and values; Responsible for department operations (organization, production, replenishment, cleaning, pricing, promotions, and shelf-life control), ensuring execution in accordance with departmental procedures, completing checklists, and implementing necessary preventive and corrective actions; Lead the team using the people management model and with management approvals, monitoring headcount, conducting meetings and training sessions, requesting position and salary adjustments, conducting performance evaluations, managing working hours, and applying disciplinary measures; Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety and food safety regulations, providing necessary guidance and enforcement; Manage inventory and losses within the department, performing required controls as per procedure; Oversee the department’s physical infrastructure, procuring, maintaining, and repairing equipment as needed, subject to management approval; Coordinate bread and pastry production in accordance with recipes and company quality standards; Ensure customer service delivery and implementation of the Customer Service Standard across the team, providing necessary guidance and enforcement; Collaborate with the nutritionist to develop new products, ensuring product variety; Assist with other department/store activities as needed and per leadership direction. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education; * Preferred: Technical or undergraduate studies in progress (e.g., Administration, Management); * Prior experience as a leader in a bakery or related sector; * **AFFIRMATIVE ACTION POSITION \- AVAILABLE FOR PWD.** **Work Location:** Sinop/MT **Benefits:** On-site snacks, Health Insurance Plan, Performance Bonus, Life Insurance, Meal Voucher
