As part of the Retention vertical, our CRM Product team builds high\-impact communications tools that keep players engaged across Casino, Sports, Bingo, and Poker. We power real\-time rewards, automated notifications, triggered emails, onsite messaging, personalized campaigns, promotions, and incentive\-driven experiences that strengthen loyalty and drive long\-term value. We are seeking a Product Owner with a strong background in online casinos and/or CRM to drive our CRM products forward. If you have a knack for crafting rewarding and exhilarating experiences that keep players coming back, we want to hear from you. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Product Strategy \& Vision: Define and articulate a compelling product vision aligned with company goals * Cross\-Functional Collaboration: Partner with developers, designers, product managers, architects, sports and marketing SMEs, and key stakeholders to gather insights and translate them into innovative, high\-impact solutions. * Data\-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and behavioural insights to inform product decisions, optimize features, and deliver a first\-class user experience. * EPIC Creation \& Alignment: Develop clear, outcome\-driven EPICs that demonstrate commercial value, quantify expected ROI, and align teams around initiatives that deliver meaningful business impact * User Stories: Create user stories that capture requirements, define acceptance criteria, and support efficient delivery. * Documentation \& Clarity: Produce documentation for features, workflows, and product decisions to ensure transparency, consistency, and shared understanding. * Customer\-Centric Approach: Champion the player experience by integrating user feedback and market insights into product development, ensuring products exceed expectations. * Value\-Driven Prioritization: Evaluate and prioritize initiatives based on business value, focusing on stories, EPICs, and themes that support strategic objectives. * Agile Excellence: Collaborate closely with Agile development teams to deliver timely, high\-quality releases, followed by continuous monitoring and iteration to enhance satisfaction. * Problem Solving \& Scope Management: Identify challenges early, propose practical solutions, and manage scope effectively to keep delivery on track without compromising quality. * Product Ownership: Lead products and features from concept through release, managing the full lifecycle with a strong focus on player engagement and retention ### **Requirements** roven experience in online gaming, with a s * Demonstrated success in delivering projects within an Agile/Scrum framework. * Ability to leverage data and analytics to drive decision\- making and product improvements. * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey the product vision and collaborate with diverse teams * An inquisitive and detail\-oriented approach to problem\- solving, with the ability to think creatively and strategically * Proven experience in online gaming, with a strong focus on retention products, slots, and sports betting. *The above duties provide a generic description of the Employee’s day to day responsibilities but should in no way be deemed to be an exhaustive list.
