We are looking for a Fiscal Assistant to support the company's fiscal department, assisting with invoice issuance, tax verification, and other related tasks. **Responsibilities:** Issuance and verification of incoming and outgoing invoices; Fiscal classification of products and services; Calculation of direct and indirect taxes (ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS); Support in submitting ancillary tax obligations (SPED Fiscal, SPED Contributions, GIA, etc.); Control and archiving of fiscal documents; Assistance with fiscal bookkeeping and handling audits and inspections; Administrative support to the fiscal team. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Basic knowledge of tax legislation * Prior experience in the fiscal area is a plus * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
