At LM 2 Rodas, we work with enthusiasm, igniting the passion to be and belong, because here everyone is essential and can make a difference. **Job Responsibilities** * Lead the Human Development area. * Design initiatives related to organizational climate, culture, performance, and leadership. * Ensure continuous development of employees. * Prepare leaders and teams to sustain business results. * Design and implement performance evaluations. * Define criteria, cycles, communication, and follow-up processes. * Develop and monitor development programs (for employees and leaders). * Identify development needs per department. * Create customized development pathways. * Lead leadership development programs. * Monitor performance and behavioral indicators. * Plan and conduct organizational climate surveys and Human Capital Indicators (HCI). * Analyze results and design action plans. * Execute organizational climate improvement initiatives. * Support leaders in implementing action plans. * Act as an internal partner, assisting leaders in people management and conflict resolution. **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Solid experience in Human and Organizational Development (HOD). * Practical experience in performance evaluation, development programs, and organizational climate initiatives. * Experience in leadership development. * Prior experience leading HOD teams or projects. * Ability to design processes, metrics, and routines. **Desirable Skills** * Experience in companies with operational, commercial, and service teams. * Experience in cultural transformation projects or fast-growing environments.
