Job Summary: Manage the customer contract portfolio, ensuring billing, contractual adjustments, and timely handling of internal and external requests in accordance with contractual requirements. Manage the customer contract portfolio, ensuring accurate billing, application of contractual adjustments, and fulfillment of internal and external customer requests as stipulated in contracts. **Main Responsibilities** * Register partners and contracts in the system. * Activate contracts and perform necessary adjustments to initiate billing. * Conduct required measurements for billing of services rendered. * Monitor measurement approvals from customers. * Execute billing for the contract portfolio. * Register invoices and documents on customer-specific platforms, per contractual requirements. * Sort and forward required documentation to customers as specified in contracts. * Implement contractual adjustments according to established indices and conditions. * Bill occasional services. * Record sales volumes related to contract renewals and maintenance contracts. * Manage and respond to the department’s general email address. * Handle the contract cancellation process. * Address internal and external customer requests, ensuring quality and agility in service. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor’s degree program in Administration, Business Management, Accounting, or related fields. * Experience in administrative routines, contract management, and billing. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel). * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail.
