Your main responsibilities and duties include: **Inventory Control and Organization** * **Maintain strict control of store inventory**: receipts, issues, consumption, and stocktaking. * **Organize storage space**, focusing on agility, accessibility, and safety. * **Ensure correct product addressing** (functional layout) and visual labeling of supplies. * **Conduct cyclic counts and periodic inventories**, reporting discrepancies to store leadership. **Goods Receipt and Inspection** * **Receive goods** from suppliers or the distribution center, verifying invoices and product quality. * **Monitor expiration dates, manufacturing dates, and packaging conditions** of received supplies. * **Record receipts in internal systems** or receipt checklists, flagging non-conformities. * **Ensure full traceability of all store products**, especially perishables. **Local Procurement Support and Order Management** * **Suggest product replenishments** based on actual turnover and consumption. * **Support the Procurement team** with field insights, proposing new items, withdrawals, and adjustments to the store’s product mix. * **Monitor high-cost items**, slow-moving products, and ensure strategic store replenishment. * **Place small local orders**, when authorized, to maintain fluid operations without stockouts. **Operational Support** * **Support front-of-house and kitchen teams** with continuous, accurate supply of supplies. * **Act swiftly to resolve supply failures**, losses, or operational contingencies. * Collaborate with store leadership to maintain **ongoing alignment on demands**, stockouts, and opportunities. **Requirements and Qualifications** We seek a professional who identifies with our purpose and possesses the following qualifications: * **Organizational Values:** **Discipline**, which strengthens us; **Security**, in every action; **Gratitude**, which connects us; **Vibration**, which inspires. * **Technical Skills:** Basic knowledge of **inventory control and spreadsheets** (Excel or Google Sheets). * **Behavioral Skills:** An **organized, responsible** individual with full attention to detail.
