Come and join us. \#sanguelaranja! **About the Role and Mission** You will join our **Inter Store** team, and your mission will be to serve as the bridge between our customers and the Inter universe, delivering a unique in-store customer experience at our physical location in Belo Horizonte. You will play a key role in end-to-end management of our retail and e\-commerce operations, ensuring our products reach customers with the efficiency and quality that define Inter. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:** * Providing in-person customer service at Inter Store, ensuring a positive experience and generating interest in our products. * Processing sales and operating the point-of-sale system. * Managing store inventory in collaboration with the logistics team to ensure product availability. * Liaising with suppliers to negotiate terms, develop new products, and track deliveries. * Issuing invoices and bills, coordinating with the finance team to ensure timely supplier payments. * Updating the e\-commerce platform by registering and launching new products. * Supporting the identification of customer trends and preferences to suggest new products and designs for Inter Store. **What We’re Looking For** **Required Qualifications:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree. * Excellent communication skills and strong customer service ability. * Organizational skills and attention to detail for administrative and financial tasks. * Proactive attitude and problem-solving orientation to handle daily demands. * Basic knowledge of Excel. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in customer service within retail. * Experience in inventory management routines. * Experience with e\-commerce platforms. * Familiarity with image editing tools. **Selection Process Steps** * Resume screening; * Screening call (initial outreach to align expectations regarding the role); * Assessments; * Interview with Talent Team; * Technical test (if required); * Interview with leadership; * Job offer (Offer); **\#VemproInter!!!** At Inter, the future isn’t a distant place.
