KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES * Open and reconcile the cash register. * Execute foreign currency control and sales. * Sort and assemble credit card processing documents. * Conduct bank deposits. * Reconcile travel agency commissions. * Prepare reports for FOPAG calculation and verify related entries. * Prepare employee onboarding/offboarding processes, verifying and issuing forms, documents, and other required materials. * Request employee benefits from providers and process relevant enrollments/cancellations. * Prepare reports for vacation and termination calculations, collecting required signatures. * Conduct homologation with the Regional Labor Office (DRT) / Trade Union. * Monitor electronic timekeeping, checking attendance records and generating/monitoring overtime balance reports. * Organize departmental document archives. * Submit all completed processes to CAF, meeting pre-established deadlines and standards. * Execute the department’s “Self-Control” processes and procedures. * Perform other related duties as required by the department. **Qualifications** Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields. **Additional Information** **Your team and work environment:** **Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion.** For Accor, Diversity & Inclusion means welcoming everyone and respecting their differences—focusing solely on qualities and competencies when expanding employment and development opportunities.
