KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES * Open and reconcile the cash register. * Manage and sell foreign currency. * Sort and prepare credit card transaction files. * Perform bank deposits. * Reconcile travel agency commissions. * Prepare reports for FOPAG calculation and verify recorded entries. * Prepare employee onboarding/termination files, verifying and issuing forms, documents, and other required paperwork. * Request employee benefits from vendors, and process corresponding enrollments/cancellations. * Prepare reports for vacation and termination calculations, collecting required signatures. * Conduct labor homologation with the Regional Labor Office (DRT) / Trade Union. * Monitor electronic timekeeping systems, checking attendance records, and generating/controlling overtime reports. * Organize departmental document archives. * Submit all completed processes to the CAF, meeting established deadlines and standards. * Execute area-specific “Self-Control” processes and procedures. * Perform other related duties as required by the department. Qualifications Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
