Operator guidance and operation inspection * Cedro Mineração is a company specialized in the extraction, processing, and marketing of iron ore—the raw material that supports production across numerous sectors of the national and global economy. Our operations are grounded in significant investments in technology, research, and sustainable production development, with deep respect for the environment, aiming to position the company as a benchmark in the Brazilian mining sector.* * Founded in 2018, Cedro is, for all stakeholders, a socially responsible company whose development integrates concern for its employees, attentive engagement with the community, environmentally sustainable operations, and provision of the best products to our customers.* * In 2018, we launched operations at the Gama Mine, which had already been operational since the 1990s in the municipality of Nova Lima. In 2020, Cedro Mineração acquired Extrativa Mineral, the former operator of the Gama Mine, thereby becoming the new operator.* * Committed to leading innovation in mining, in 2020 the former tailings dam at the Gama Mine was officially decommissioned by the National Mining Agency (ANM). We invested in a 100% tailings filtration process followed by dry stacking. Additionally, we promote the reuse of approximately 85% of water used in production, strengthen environmental management, occupational health and safety, and invest in various social initiatives. Subsequently, in 2022, we launched a new operation in the city of Mariana.* * To date, our operations have generated over 1\.000 direct jobs, plus another 1\.500 indirect jobs—including transporters of our products and service providers—focused on personal and professional development, health, and safety. Learn about our mission, vision, and values!* * We seek individuals who believe in the future of mining and are ready to make a difference within Cedro.* * Our goal is to conduct a streamlined selection process and choose the right people—those who truly embrace Cedro’s culture—and encourage residents of the municipalities where we operate to join us.* **Responsibilities and Duties** Controls material flow within production processes, ensuring traceability and maintaining product quality destined for inventory, thereby supporting production continuity, availability, and quality. * Monitor withdrawal and movement of products from production to inventory. * Guide operators on proper placement locations for each product, ensuring correct destination. * Inspect mobile plant operations to ensure production and quality meet specifications. * Report and direct resolution of any anomalies detected in products, plants, or equipment. * Assign equipment to specific movement fronts to maximize productivity. * Ensure all products being loaded or directed to inventory are free from contamination. * Develop and monitor all product and tailings control records. * Issue the final shift report. **Additional Information*** High school diploma required. * Mining Technician qualification preferred. *Cedro Mineração is a company specialized in the extraction, processing, and marketing of iron ore, the raw material that supports production across numerous sectors of the national and global economy.
