**What we expect from you:** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience as a shelf stocker and/or cashier, and familiarity with the Linx system. * Strong ability to prioritize tasks. * Knowledge of restocking and inventory management. * Experience in customer service. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. * Customer satisfaction orientation. **A day in the life of a Store Operator:** * Manages shelf space, restocks products, and sets pricing across all store sales areas. * Manages inventory, ensuring product accuracy through IRC, timely adjustments, usage and consumption tracking, stock marking, and internal stock transfers. * Addresses visual stockouts on shelves. * Manages overhead inventory, ensuring proper organization and restocking while maintaining personnel safety. * When approached by a customer, applies the SBOA protocol (Smile, Good morning, Thank you, See you later), guiding the customer effectively. * Delivers exceptional cashier service during peak customer traffic periods, and knows and follows front-end cashier procedures.
