Support sector management in controls and continuous improvements We have an opportunity for a **Nutrition Supervisor** in our Nutrition and Dietetics Service, located in **Belo Horizonte.** In this role, **you will be responsible for:** * Supervising the kitchen, pantry, and NDS team, ensuring routines and shift schedules; * Ensuring food quality and safety at all stages of the process; * Conducting meal and diet inspections and approvals; * Monitoring temperatures, storage, and inventory of supplies; * Ensuring compliance with sanitary regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE); * Supporting sector management in controls, processes, and continuous improvements; * Acting as the liaison between the operational team and the Nutritionist. To succeed in this role, **we consider it important that you:** * Reside in Belo Horizonte; * Hold a Bachelor's degree or Technical Certificate in Nutrition; * Have experience in this position; * Be proficient in Microsoft Office.
