Assume responsibilities relevant to the role, always aligning team actions with company principles. **Responsibilities:** * Manage visit routes while prioritizing promoter well-being; * Apply Perfect Store concepts and implement MPDV for each cycle; collaborate synergistically with the commercial team; * Implement trade/marketing/sales strategies measured by KPIs established by respective departments; * Manage processes and safeguard routines (using SPOT S3 tool, similar to SGDM) with the promoter team, and robustly drive Perfect Store KPIs; * Manage HR-related matters and related issues, directing them toward resolution; conduct recruitment, training, and team meetings; * Analyze reports and jointly develop action plans with the promoter team to address necessary corrections; * Conduct biweekly in-person meetings with promoters to disseminate upcoming initiatives and essential information; * Monitor data quality for Perfect Store audits; * Deliver training to new PDV employees and assign mentors for first-week support; * Serve as communication guardian for the field: immediately and formally notify the SM and commercial team regarding low stock or out-of-stock situations at stores; * Conduct and administer performance evaluations for promoters; * Visit stores receiving General Mills merchandising services (direct or third-party) — at least 80% of your monthly store base — and ensure all employees use the safety PPE provided by the company. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; bachelor’s degree preferred * Valid and permanent Class B driver’s license * Experience in Merchandising/Sales within food, beverage, or consumer goods sectors * Experience with programs such as: Perfect Store, Gold Program, Ideal Store * Effective communication and teamwork skills * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Experience in people management * Willingness to travel (Belo Horizonte, Belo Horizonte/Linha Verde, Lagoa Santa, Matozinhos, Nova Lima, Pedro Leopoldo, Santa Luzia, São José Da Lapa, Sete Lagoas, and Vespasiano) * Residence in Belo Horizonte - MG Company Description: General Mills is a global leader in food and works to make the foods the world loves!
