Our purpose is to promote quality of life through humane and ethical care, with a focus on customer experience. **Join us in building this mission and become part of a team that cares for people.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead the health operator’s strategic planning, ensuring deployment, performance monitoring, and alignment with execution. * Manage the strategic project portfolio, ensuring prioritization, governance, standardization, and business value delivery. * Administer the product portfolio, monitoring financial and operational performance as well as lifecycle management. * Manage healthcare costs and claims experience, promoting efficiency, sustainability, and margin improvement. * Lead Matrix Cost Management, directing analyses and strategic initiatives. * Monitor strategic and performance indicators, ensuring alignment among strategy, projects, and outcomes. * Implement and sustain project management methodologies, including agile practices. * Ensure governance of the management system, focusing on quality, processes, and continuous improvement. * Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to ANS Resolution RN 630. * Promote a culture of quality, process-based management, and continuous operational improvement. * Lead and develop the team, driving engagement, productivity, and high performance. * Support senior leadership with analyses and scenarios for strategic decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Health Management, Production Engineering, or related fields (mandatory). * Completed postgraduate degree in Health Management, Strategic Management, Business Management, Project Management, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related fields (mandatory). * Experience leading the full strategic planning cycle. * Management of performance indicators (KPIs) and organizational performance. * Portfolio and project management, including agile methodologies. * Economic and financial analysis, with proficiency in income statements (DRE). * Cost management, with focus on healthcare costs and claims experience. * Knowledge of the supplementary health sector and ANS regulation, including RN 630. * Experience with management systems, quality, and audits. * Advanced Excel and Business Intelligence (BI) tools. **Additional Information** **Why Join Our Team?** We are a company committed to putting our culture and values into practice.
