Join this team! **COME TRANSFORM LIVES—INCLUDING YOUR OWN.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **The main challenges as a COMMERCIAL CONSULTANT are:** * Plan, implement, and execute external prospecting initiatives; * Ensure execution of actions generating qualified leads; * Ensure student progression through each stage of the sales funnel (from registration to academic enrollment) within your portfolio; * Maintain relationships with corporate partnerships, schools, and communities in your portfolio. * Participate in internal events and initiatives, as needed; * Work in a commercial, consultative, and high-quality manner. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek professionals with:** * Completed high school; undergraduate studies in progress are a plus. * Experience in commercial roles, especially in services, prospecting, and customer acquisition. * Strong negotiation and communication skills, including persuasive argumentation and a consultative approach. * Sales experience, preferably with short sales cycles and weekly/monthly targets. * Personal vehicle and Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) are considered advantageous. **Additional Information** Work Location: Floresta Work Schedule: 44 hours per week. **At YDUQS, you’ll find:** * **Tuition scholarships** of up to 100% for employees, legal dependents, and affiliates (parents, siblings).
