We seek a professional with strong technical accounting knowledge and experience in operational leadership—someone who enjoys working closely with the team, monitoring processes, and contributing to an increasingly efficient and well-organized operation. **Day-to-Day at Dr. Finanças** * Coordinate operations across Accounting, Tax, and HR departments; * Monitor operational and technical routines for a diverse client portfolio; * Ensure technical quality, productivity, and deadline compliance; * Supervise accounting closings, tax calculations, and submission of ancillary obligations; * Validate balance sheets, income statements (DREs), and management reports; * Support the structuring and improvement of internal processes; * Monitor KPIs, productivity, and team performance; * Address operational and technical issues; * Ensure alignment among departments and operational fluidity; * Develop and support the team in day-to-day operations. **What We Expect** * Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences or related fields; * Proficiency with the Questor system; * Solid experience in accounting; * Experience in coordination, supervision, or operational leadership roles; * Technical expertise in Accounting, Tax, and HR departments; **What We Offer** * Conexa Saúde; * Psicologia Viva; * Wellhub; * Birthday Day Off; * Fast-paced growth environment; * Culture of continuous learning; * Real opportunities for professional advancement; * Hybrid work model offering freedom and responsibility. **Send your resume to recrutamento@drfinancas.com and grow with us!**
