Guidance and supervision of team members and academics CLT Contagem / MG ##### **Description** Plan, organize, supervise, execute, and evaluate nursing services and their technical and auxiliary activities to comply with applicable regulations and promote an appropriate work environment; Supervise, organize, plan, execute, and evaluate technical, auxiliary, and academic activities to comply with applicable regulations and promote a healthy work environment; Redimension the department's staff schedule as needed, distributing personnel quantitatively to improve task execution efficiency; Ensure interdepartmental staff reassignment whenever possible, meeting the institution’s overall needs; Guide and supervise academics and staff in performing tasks, clarifying doubts and providing information to guarantee smooth departmental operations and enhance technical competence; Review entries in medical records, reports, alerts, and notice boards to stay informed about all events and incidents; Perform invasive procedures, e.g., urinary catheterization for relief, indwelling urinary catheterization, gastric/enteral intubation, among others, as prescribed; Conduct patient admissions, including bed identification routine, verification of identification wristbands, and risk management; Collect biological specimens per physician prescription, register specimen entry/exit in the system, and dispatch samples to the laboratory, among other standard procedures. ##### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Nursing / Active COREN registration / Prior experience in the field required ** Open position for persons with disabilities (PCD) ** ##### **Benefits** * Transportation allowance * Meals provided at the workplace * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Attendance bonus * Job Posting Date: 07/05/2026
