Job Summary: Work in nursing care with a focus on quality of care, team management, planning, and patient monitoring in a dynamic environment. Key Highlights: 1. Direct involvement in the quality of patient care and patient monitoring. 2. Support in team management and organization of the nursing department. 3. Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team and participation in training sessions. **Job Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with nurses to ensure high-quality patient care; * Receive and hand over shift reports while monitoring patients' conditions; * Apply the Primary Nursing model and the Nursing Process (SAE); * Assist with patient admission, orientation, and discharge planning; * Support team management and departmental organization; * Provide pre- and post-operative care and care for special examinations; * Administer medications and assist in controlling complex procedures; * Monitor patient transportation and transitions of care; * Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team; * Perform notifications, risk management, and material control; * Participate in training sessions, meetings, and comply with institutional policies; * Document information and support indicators and reporting; * Respond to critical situations, including supporting families in cases of death; * Organize staff schedules, the work environment, and patient flow; * Ensure quality documentation and adherence to clinical protocols. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate Nursing program from the 5th semester onward, having completed the subject Semiology and Semiotic Techniques. Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: R$700.00 per month Work Location: On-site
