We value inclusion in our workplace, and all candidates are evaluated based on education and technical qualifications. **\#SOMOSMILPLAN** **Description:** Responsible for preparing budgets for technical and commercial proposals for large-scale Electromechanical Construction and Installation Project scopes, serving clients in the Mining, Steelmaking, Oil & Gas, and Cement markets. * Conduct detailed analysis of tender documents regarding technical, financial, and other relevant aspects necessary to assess feasibility of participation in tender processes, providing the department manager with information and supporting materials for analysis and decision-making. * Prepare spreadsheets containing cost estimates and calculations for direct and indirect project costs, specifying services and other relevant factors to support final feasibility analysis for participation and execution of the project. * Conduct technical site visits to potential clients to evaluate criteria for assessing product and service quality, thereby establishing the methodology for work execution. * Conduct supplier research to meet pre-established specifications and define preliminary proposal content, enhancing competitiveness. * Collaborate with the legal department, within the scope of responsibility, in reviewing draft contracts to identify and correct possible inconsistencies. * Represent the organization, when required, before public and private entities and professional associations to address and resolve matters related to the area of expertise. * Participate in formal presentations of commercial proposals to management and clients upon request. * Report progress of ongoing technical proposals, KPIs, and departmental goals to immediate leadership. **Requirements:** * **Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical and/or Electrical and/or Civil)** * AutoCAD; Compor90; MS Project; Primavera. * Intermediate English proficiency.
