Job Summary: Work as an operational assistant, performing material loading and unloading, excavation, mortar preparation, and assisting in traffic signal network installation. Key Highlights: 1. Our goal is to facilitate and optimize daily traffic for thousands of people with fluidity and safety, delivering customized services tailored to each client's needs. **Your responsibilities as an operational assistant:** * Load, unload, and transport materials manually or using hand carts and/or hand tools, enabling the use or removal of such materials. * Excavate trenches and pits, cut grooves in floors and walls, and remove soil, plaster, and mortar, facilitating foundation work, installation of water or electrical conduits and pipelines, or similar construction tasks. * Mix cement, sand, water, gravel, and other materials manually or mechanically to produce concrete or mortar. * Prepare and transport materials, tools, devices, or any components, cleaning and organizing them according to instructions. * Assist skilled workers or supervisors, either collaboratively or independently, to successfully complete assigned tasks. * Assist the responsible technician in traffic signal network installation. * Maintain cleanliness and order at work sites. **Requirements to join us:** * Completed high school education; * Availability for travel; * Prior experience in street construction or heavy-duty work is mandatory. **Benefits:** Meal Allowance (BRL 300.00/month), Meal Voucher (BRL 22.00/day), Life Insurance, Fuel Allowance or Transportation Voucher, Co-payment Health Plan. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 08:00–18:00 \| Fridays, 08:00–17:00 **Employment Type:** Permanent CLT contract.
