Organization and attention to detail **Florist Assistant** **Responsibilities:** * Assist in creating bouquets, baskets, and floral arrangements, ensuring quality and aesthetic standards set by the florist shop. * Maintain and organize the workplace, ensuring cleanliness and proper storage of materials and flowers. * Monitor and manage flower, foliage, packaging, and accessory inventory, reporting replenishment needs to prevent shortages or waste. * Assist with order dispatch, ensuring products are delivered correctly to customers or logistics carriers within established deadlines. * Serve in-store pickup customers, verifying orders and ensuring efficient service. **Requirements:** * Experience in bouquet and floral arrangement creation (mandatory); * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Organization and attention to detail; * Availability to work during standard business hours. **Work Schedule:** * 44 hours per week; to be determined. **Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 2000.00; * Meal/food allowance via flexible Caju card – R$ 572.00/month; * Transportation allowance **or** fuel assistance. **Employment Type:** CLT Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel assistance * Food allowance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Are you available to start within 30 days? * In which neighborhood/city do you reside?
