Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Styling Assistant to support the creation and development of footwear collections, organizing samples and materials. Key Highlights: 1. Support in the development and creation of footwear collections. 2. Organization of samples and materials for the styling team. 3. Communication with suppliers and internal control. Present in 21 states, with over 360 stores, CONSTANCE serves an average of 200,000 customers per month and sells 3 million pairs of shoes/bags annually, making it the fastest-growing franchise in Brazil. One of the key factors contributing to this success is the "Self-Shoes" concept, which offers customers their true dream closet—featuring over 400 models sorted by size and style in our stores! Discipline, hard work, determination, and passion are attributes of an ambitious company driven by challenges! **Styling Assistant (Footwear)** We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and proactive Styling Assistant to support the styling team in creating, developing, and executing collections. This professional will directly handle sample organization, material preparation, process monitoring, and supporting the fashion department’s requests. **Responsibilities:** Assist the styling team in collection development. Organize samples and sealed items, ensuring easy access and proper categorization. Handle receipt, verification, labeling, and storage of product samples. Prepare mood boards, simple technical sheets, and other collection-related content. Support communication with suppliers when necessary. Maintain updated spreadsheets and internal controls, as well as collection reports. Ensure order and efficient workflow within the styling area. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Design, or related fields (currently pursuing or completed). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with digital tools (Google Workspace, Excel, Canva, and/or fashion software).
