Job Summary: Professional to provide technical support for knowledge management in capital projects, focusing on experience sharing, collection of lessons learned, and development of technical training. Key Highlights: 1. Support knowledge management in capital projects 2. Promote exchange of experiences and lessons learned 3. Contribute to the development of technical training · Provide technical support to knowledge management processes in capital projects, contributing critical insight and practical experience; · Actively participate in Communities of Practice, promoting experience sharing among specialists and involved areas; · Collect, analyze, and disseminate Lessons Learned, ensuring technical knowledge is effectively reused in new projects; · Contribute to the development of technical training content and programs focused on project engineering; · Collaborate with project teams to analyze, identify, and develop root causes and next steps for lessons learned, improvement opportunities, and technical risks; · Promote a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence across Vale's projects.
