Job Summary: An operational professional to ensure quality and organization of the production flow, complying with procedures and recording activities for traceability and deadlines. Key Highlights: 1. Operate and adjust packaging, labeling, and coding equipment. 2. Perform cleaning and sanitization of equipment and work areas. 3. Maintain organization and comply with production procedures and deadlines. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **Job Mission:** Ensure production flow with quality and organization, complying with SOPs and documentation to guarantee traceability and deadlines. **Activities:** * Organize work areas and complete production orders/records. * Package products according to SOPs and adjust fillers/coders as needed. * Label, code, and pack products into shipping boxes; label the boxes. * Clean and sanitize pipelines, fillers, and work areas following established routines. * Transfer finished products to logistics/expedition according to procedure. **Requirements:** **Knowledge:** * Completed Elementary Education. * GMP/BPF and SOPs related to packaging, labeling, coding, cleaning, and recordkeeping. * Hygiene and safety practices/EPIs in a manufacturing environment. **Practical Experience:** * Experience operating filling, labeling/coding, and packing equipment according to standards. * Experience performing equipment cleaning/sanitization and accurately documenting each step. * Experience maintaining organization/5S and complying with SOPs and production deadlines. **Benefits:** Free Psychological and Nutritional Support, Discounted Shopping Benefit, Dental Plan, Attendance Recognition Program, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, Funeral Assistance, Free Telemedicine (Physician, Nutritionist, and Psychologist), Meal/Voucher Allowance, Transportation Voucher
