Assistance in preparing information for negotiation closure Description: The Procurement and Supply Intern is responsible for supporting the Procurement and Supply Department’s activities under the guidance of the responsible team. Key responsibilities include assisting in gathering information for quotations and price research, supporting supplier communication under supervision, organizing purchase requisitions and internal documents, and entering and registering information into the system as instructed by the team. The intern may also assist with administrative tasks related to the department. This position offers an excellent opportunity for practical development, enabling students to gain knowledge about supply processes, negotiation, and operational organization within a collaborative environment. Responsibilities and Duties * Support updating and maintaining Excel control spreadsheets. * Track requester demands, budgeted values, and supplier delivery timelines under team guidance. * Assist in price negotiation activities, contributing to achieving budget targets. * Support preparation of information for procurement negotiation closure. * Assist in creating purchase orders and registering products and suppliers in the TOTVS system. * Contribute to general administrative tasks related to the Supply team’s daily operations. Requirements and Qualifications * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Administration or Production Engineering (5th to 8th semester). * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. * Experience in administrative tasks or use of control and organization tools. 2511260202401886492
