Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring product expiration dates to prevent losses, ensure quality, and reduce stockouts in the sales floor and warehouse. Key Highlights: 1. Application of best practices for expiration date management and storage. **Job Description** Responsible for ensuring expiration date control of products on the sales floor and in the warehouse, preventing losses due to expiration and guaranteeing that items comply with food quality and safety standards. Directly contributes to reducing stockouts, waste, and ensuring proper inventory turnover. **Responsibilities** * Conduct daily verification of product expiration dates on shelves and in storage areas. * Identify, collect, and route products nearing expiration according to internal procedures. * Monitor inventory turnover and support activities such as relabeling, promotions, and transfers to prevent losses. * Alert leadership and area supervisors when expiration risks arise. * Maintain updated records and reports on inspected items, quantities, and actions taken. * Ensure correct implementation of the FEFO (First Expired, First Out) principle. * Support team awareness campaigns regarding best practices for expiration date management and storage. * Assist in internal audits and rotating inventories. **Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Attention to detail and organizational skills. * Agility and responsibility in performing routine tasks. * Flexible availability for work hours. * Retail food industry experience is a plus. **Desired Competencies** * Sense of urgency * Proactivity * Assertive communication * Teamwork * Results-oriented mindset Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1\.847,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Education allowance * Free parking * Life insurance * Food voucher * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher
