We are looking for a committed, proactive Gardener with practical experience in the field to join our team. **Responsibilities:** * Perform garden maintenance (mowing lawns, pruning trees and shrubs); * Planting and replanting seedlings; * Pest control and application of inputs; * Cleaning and conservation of green areas; * Operation of gardening tools and equipment; * Support in general tasks related to environmental maintenance. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of experience as a gardener; * Practical knowledge of pruning, planting, and green area maintenance; * Availability to travel within Belo Horizonte and the metropolitan region; * Commitment, responsibility, and attention to detail; * Ability to work in a team. **Job Information:** * Work location: Belo Horizonte and the metropolitan region (assignments based on demand and contracted clients) * Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) * Working hours: 44 hours per week * Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday work (without exceeding weekly working hours) * Salary: R$ 1.800,00 **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * **Golden Rule** (monthly bonus for attendance and performance) Job type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.800,00 – R$2.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Gardening (Mandatory) Workplace: On-site
