




Job Summary: A professional responsible for supervising vehicle allocation and maintenance, planning and controlling expenses, developing performance indicators, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Supervises fleet allocation and maintenance 2. Controls expenses and optimizes operational costs 3. Negotiates with suppliers and logistics partners * Supervise vehicle allocation to meet transportation needs; * Plan and control preventive and corrective maintenance for all vehicles and equipment, ensuring compliance with manuals and regulations; * Monitor and control maintenance, tire, fuel, and other operational expenses, seeking optimization and cost reduction; * Develop and analyze fleet performance indicators, such as operational costs, vehicle availability, and vehicle condition, aiming to identify improvement opportunities; * Ensure compliance with all traffic regulations, transportation sector regulations, occupational health and safety standards, and environmental regulations; * Maintain contact and negotiate with suppliers, logistics partners, and service providers for fleet maintenance and operations.
