Job Summary: FCamara is seeking a Systems and RPA Developer for banking automation, focused on understanding requirements, implementing automations, testing, documenting, and monitoring processes. Culture of knowledge sharing and professional development FCamara is looking for a Systems Developer and RPA Developer to collaborate with a banking-sector client — an innovative company leveraging an RPA platform powered by Automation Anywhere and also utilizing Python for its automation initiatives. **Responsibilities and Duties** Tasks the professional will perform. * Discuss and seek to understand requirement gathering and process mapping with a focus on automation activities for RPA; * Conduct meetings and/or surveys, and leverage existing inputs to comprehend the business context and respective processes; * Align with the client team’s Product Owner (PO); * Implement RPA automations using Automation Anywhere, Python, and other languages such as .NET, Java, or scripts; * Define test scenarios for automation implementation; * Adopt deployment processes for QA and PROD environments; * Create and maintain documentation, as well as updated evidence of user acceptance testing (UAT) and sign-off; * Monitor and support robotic processes; * Provide feedback to the project team regarding necessary adjustments to deliverables to mitigate or prevent production failures; * Follow monitoring and incident response procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Hard Skills:** * Experience with robotic process automation platforms such as Automation Anywhere (preferably), UIPath, Blue Prism, Bot City, or others; * Experience in systems development using languages such as Python, Java, Microsoft technologies, or others; * Ability to analyze functional/technical requirements. **Soft Skills:** * Proactive problem-solver who researches and explores alternative solutions; * Excellent communication skills; * A person who inspires colleagues and motivates the team when facing challenges; * Proactivity. **Here, we are \#SangueLaranja!** We have been operating in the market for 17 years, partnering closely with our clients to deliver transformative experiences.
